All services are performed to the best of our ability based on the condition of the vehicle. Results may vary depending on wear, staining, and damage. Some stains, odors, or defects may not be fully removable.

Zakk's Auto Detailing is a mobile detailing operation based in Morgan County, Ohio — built on a simple idea: a car should leave looking better than it ever has, every single time.
That means hand-washing instead of automated machines that scratch your clear coat. It means actually pulling out floor mats, getting under the seats, and steaming the cracks. It means the wax goes on by hand, and the sealant cures before we hand back your keys.

Terms & Conditions
By booking any service with Zakks Auto Detailing LLC, the customer agrees to the following terms.

Pricing
All prices are starting prices and may increase based on: vehicle size, level of dirtiness, pet hair / stains / excessive buildup, and time required to complete the service. Final pricing will be confirmed before or during the service.

Vehicle Condition
Customer must disclose biohazards (vomit, blood, mold, etc.), excessive pet hair, and severe stains or odors. Failure to disclose may result in additional charges or refusal of service.

Personal Belongings & Trash
Customers are responsible for removing all personal items AND TRASH from the vehicle prior to service. Zakks Auto Detailing LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or discarded items left inside the vehicle, including items that may be mistaken for trash. Excessive trash may result in additional charges.

Pre-Existing Damage
We are not responsible for scratches, dents, or paint defects, worn or damaged interior surfaces, or loose trim, electronics, or components. Any concerns should be pointed out before service begins.

Water & Electricity (Mobile Services)
Customer must provide access to a water source and an electrical outlet (if required). If unavailable, service may be rescheduled or incur additional fees.

Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours or less of the scheduled appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited. Rescheduling within 24 hours or less may also result in loss of deposit. No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be refused future service.

Weather Policy
For mobile services: appointments may be rescheduled due to weather conditions. Safety and quality of work come first.

Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods may include cash, card, or digital payment.

Satisfaction Policy
If you are not satisfied, please notify us immediately upon completion so we can address the issue. We do not offer refunds once the service is completed, but we will work to make it right.

Liability
Zakks Auto Detailing LLC is not liable for damage due to pre-existing conditions, failure of worn materials during cleaning, or mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to detailing.

Agreement
By booking a service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed above.
